You may know that I teamed up with Ethan Allen for Housing Works’ annual Design on a Dime fundraiser which I’m pleased to report raised an astounding $1.1 million this year to help provide programs for people in need living with HIV/AIDS. I revealed a sneak peek or my room design a couple of weeks ago and now I’m so excited to share the professional photography of the final room plus a fun video showing how the room came together. Take a look!
This wouldn’t have been possible without the generous support of Ethan Allen who donated all of the furniture for my room as well as Valspar who was one ofthe event’s key sponsors and provided paint for myself and all the participating designers to add color to our rooms with their newest Valspar Reserve paint + primer and, finally, Rizzoli who generously donated coffee table books that were the perfect finishing touch to make the space feel complete. I am so happy to have had the opportunity to participate in Design on a Dime for the second year in a row. It is truly one of my most favorite design events of the year. Thanks again to everyone who supported! At the bottom of the post you’ll find links to the key Ethan Allen items shown in the room.
